I grew up in Camuy, Puerto Rico. I was born Feb. 20, 1975, which makes me 36 years young.<br>
I joined the Army Jan.  25, 2007 as a reserve member of 271ST HRC Company in Puerto Rico. I switched to active duty  Feb. 27, 2008 when I joined the 101ST Airborne Division in Ft. Campbell, KY. I deployed to Afghanistan in April 2008. I was then reclassified MOS to 12B Combat Engineer  (I was a 42A Human Resources Specialist) and then  PCS to Joint Base Fort Lewis-McChord to 14TH EN BN in 22nd Engineer Clearance Company in 2009. I was deployed to Afghanistan on July 23, 2011 and am there today. </br>
I am a father of four children, three boys and one girl.
