JOSE "CHEMA" GARIBAY: Accused Of Sexually Molesting Little Girl For Years

Cops want to hear his side of the story, but can't find him anywhere.

He's not a sex offender yet, but fugitive Jose Garibay will be if he's convicted of child molestation - the crime he's accused of in Yakima County.

Sunnyside police say the victim was just 9 years old when she told her dad that Garibay - who's nickname is "Chema" - had been touching heri, and not just once, but for the past four years, starting when she was just 5 years old.

Cops would love to hear "Chema's" side of the story, but can't find him anywhere.
