Evidence Specialist, Volunteer, Guard, Husband and Father: All-Star Ty Madison Leads By Example
There are a lot of great law enforcers working day in and day out around the state -- and there are also a lot of All-Stars who help them out!

This week, we want to spotlight a man who's worn many hats in helping law enforcment through the years -- property and evidence technician Ty Madison with the Spokane Police Department.

Ty's logged 5,000 hours volunteering as an Explorer for the police department.

For the past six years, he's worked in the property and evidence room -- and he also serves as a security guard -- a job that once saw him save a man from strangling himself, twice!

The police department says Ty is extremely dedicated to law enforcement and the department.

And his wife, Tricia, says Ty's an excellent role model for his three-year-old daughter.

All in all, Ty's a perfect example of someone giving their all to serve and protect his community.

Congratulations to Ty Madison -- our latest All-Star of the week.
