Cops say it was not a random act and think killer may have been one of her "John's".Jennifer Walstrand lived near Highline Community College in Des Moines, where her body was found last week. She went by the street names "Roxie" and "Face", had a long history of being a prostitute, and also worked for internet dating services.
Police are asking for anyone to come forward with any tips about her murder. Now, Des Moines police realize those who know something are likely reluctant to come forward, so they want to make it clear that their focus is on Jennifer's murder - NOT on her prostitution activities, and all calls are completely anonymous!
