For the past 22 years, Sergeant Garcia has been a part of Everett's Police Force.But for the last two years, he has taken a park known as a haven for gang violence, and for one week each year turned it into the Casino Road Futbol Academy.
Hundreds of kids, some of them former gang members, learn about life skills and making the right choices.
To all the kids Sergeant Garcia had helped, he is nothing short of an All-Star.
