He's a the worst of the worst.
Kevin Beler has been tagged a level 3 sex offender after being busted for molesting a bunch of young boys.
On top of those sex crimes, police say he's a hard drinker, and addicted to crack-cocaine. Cops say he's major threat to the public, failing to register as a sex offender over and over, always doing drugs, and never taking part in any sexual deviancy treatment.
