His photo's creepy enough, but what this guy did to a little girl - and in front of her - is even worse.
Murder, beatings, stabbings - they're all horrible - but when you come right down to it, there's nothing more disheartening than somebody who would sexually abuse a young child. Well, that's exactly what missing sex offender, David Justiniano, did to an 8 year old girl he knew. He molested her, tried using candy to trick her into kissing him, and masturbated in front of her.
Disturbing enough, but as Department of Corrections Ofc. Emily Isaacs tells WMW, that's only the tip of his criminal iceberg. ""He has a pretty lengthy criminal history to include theft, assaults, a sex offense from the '80's, pretty violent vehicle incidences, disorderly conducts, trespass - kind of is all over the place with his criminal history."
